Cancellation Policy
At Optimum Balance, your time and healing journey are deeply valued. In return, I ask for mutual respect of my time and schedule. Please review the following: • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% service fee. • No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session rate. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability, and may still incur full charges. • Emergencies and unforeseen events will be considered on a case-by-case basis with compassion and care.
